Both frame and window panel material are purchased from Ikebukuro's Tokyu Hands (https://www.tokyu-hands.co.jp). Frame material kits producer is Acrysunday (www.acrysunday.co.jp/ecomado/index.html).
The Window panel is "Harmonicarb" and pronounced as "har-mo-ni-car-bo". It is a double layed clear plastic like material.

The plastic frame is adhered to the original window frame by using a double sided tape which comes with the kits.
